Free Shipping Offers

Canada & Continental USA: Free standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD.
Canada Only: Orders over $1,000 CAD qualify for free Xpress shipping.

Shipping Update – USA

We are temporarily pausing shipments to the United States as we navigate the new import policies and associated tariffs. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location. Below is a general guide:

Canada

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days | $12 – $22 CAD
Xpress Shipping: 2-3 business days | $22 – $48 CAD

Continental USA

Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days | $12 – $22 CAD
Xpress Shipping: 3-6 business days | $22 – $48 CAD
International shipping rates apply to territories outside of continental USA

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 10-40 business days. Shipping rates are based on order value:

$0 – $200: $80

$201 – $600: $150

$601 – $1,000: $200

$1,001 – $2,000: $300

$2,001 – $10,000: $350

Over $10,000: Free

International shipping rates can vary significantly depending on destination, package size, and carrier availability. While our website provides estimated shipping costs at checkout, there are rare cases where actual shipping fees may greatly exceed these estimates.

In such situations, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss alternative shipping options or adjustments. If a sustainable solution cannot be found, we may need to cancel and fully refund your order.

Restricted Shipping Locations

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following countries due to shipping restrictions, political reasons, or high risk of package loss: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Sudan, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, and South Africa.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders for existing products are processed within 2-5 business days.
Custom work lead times vary based on the product type and design complexity. Our team works closely with each client to assess project requirements and provide a tailored timeline for the design process. We ensure clear communication throughout to keep you informed at every stage.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not cover import duties or taxes for countries outside the U.S.—please check with your local customs office for estimated costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Return and Refund Policy

At Stokedman Studios, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact us first—we may be able to troubleshoot or provide a solution without the need for a return.

Returns

You may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to our studio.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a refund.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

If you’re experiencing technical difficulties or issues with product usage, please reach out to us—we’re happy to assist and may be able to resolve the problem without a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
